Mangaluru: Foundation stone laid for South India’s tallest tower ‘Westline Signature’

Mangaluru, Sept 18: The foundation stone and brochure release ceremony of the proposed tallest tower in South India, ‘Westline Signature’ was held at Nanthoor, opposite to Sandesha Kala Pratistana on Saturday, September 17.

The in-charge minister of Dakshina Kannada B Ramanatha Rai along with the member of parliament unveiled the structure of the prestigious project of the Westline Builders while the dignitaries released the brochure of the building later on.

Speaking on the occasion Ramanatha Rai said “Nanthoor is developing as part of the city and a lot of development has to be done in this part. Soon the DC office too will come up in Padil which is very close to Nanthoor. I am sure this building will not only increase the beauty of this place but set very high standards of constructing buildings in the city”

MLA of the Mangaluru South constituency JR Lobo said “If someone questions that whether this building is the need of the city, I say yes. With this building we set a platform for world class infrastructure. As Mangaluru is developing rapidly and qualifies to become the second IT hub, buildings like this are required.”

Mangaluru’s Crown of Pride project launched, enthralls guests

Mangaluru: A building like none other in the entire South India was introduced to the people of the city on Saturday, September 17th in Nanthoor area opposite ‘Sandesha School of Music and Fine Arts’. The inauguration of a sleek 53 storey sky-rise residential apartment which is to be built in the plot was organized by Nasir Moideen, the Managing Director of ‘Westline Constructions’.

Several hundred invitees saw a gala event arranged for them by Westline Constructions group. The launch of their building ‘Westline Signature’ had a spectacular introduction video made by the organisors which showed the magnanimity of the building.

Speaking about his dream plan, Nasir Moideen said “My parents, my children and my wife have all been very supportive in accomplishing my dream. The motivation that I received from my family has directed me to the right path of daring to dream big. I thank all the people who have guided me in various decisions of mine.”

After the official brochure of the building was launched by the chief guests and dignitaries, a model of the building was unveiled. Just as Ramanath Rai and Oscar Fernandez hit the button on a remote presented to them, a seven foot model building rose from the ground level amidst the smoke and light fireworks, the majestic building stood tall infront of all the guests. A sight which the adults adored and left the children awestruck.

Mangaluru: ‘Westline Signature’, the tallest tower in South India, launched

Mangaluru, Sept 18: The construction process of Westline Signature, the tallest tower in the South India, was formally launched at a posh locality at Nanthoor Hills in the heart of the city on Saturday through a foundation stone laying ceremony in the presence of a galaxy of dignitaries.

A structure of the 53-story building was unveiled at the function by B Ramanath Rai, the Dakshina Kannada district-in-charge minister, Oscar Fernades, Rajya Sabha Member and others. The brochure release of the project was also held on the occasion.

Nasir Mohideen, the Chairman and Managing Director of Westline Group welcomed the gathering. The other guests present on the dais include J R Lobo, Mangaluru South MLA, B A Mohideen, Former Minister, B Ibrahim Saheb, Former Rajya Sabha Member, SM Rashid Haji, MD of SMR Builders and Syed Mohamed Beary, MD of Bearys Group.
